Our Story
Republic Custom Builders was founded with a simple belief: building a home should be a thoughtful, well-guided experience—not an overwhelming one.
Owner Jessica Belcher, a Texas A&M University graduate with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, started Republic Custom Builders over 13 years ago with a vision to do things differently. She saw an opportunity to bring a more intentional, client-focused approach to an industry that often lacked clear communication and transparency—and built a company centered around those values.
Since then, Republic has completed more than 160 custom homes across Texas, earning a reputation for quality craftsmanship, strong relationships, and a process clients can trust. What began as a vision has grown into a women-led company that brings over 38 years of combined experience to every project—offering a unique perspective that prioritizes collaboration, attention to detail, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
